Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Optometrist to lease a space within our Sam's Club locations. As an independent practitioner, you will have the autonomy to manage your own practice, including setting your schedule, fees, and patient care protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality eye care services to patients, including comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Manage your own practice, including staff supervision, patient scheduling, and financial management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with patients, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state optometry license.
  • General Liability Certificate.
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
  • W-9 form.
