Norman Regional Health System is a community hospital system nestled at the Southern border of the Oklahoma City metro area, renowned for its innovative cardiovascular program.
We are seeking a knowledgeable Registered Technologist to join our team and expand our cardiovascular services. Our state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower features three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms. We collaborate with a team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will prepare equipment before and during procedures, identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care while maintaining a sterile environment. They will also serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in the orientation of new staff, and use downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification. Previous Procedural Area experience is preferred. The successful candidate will hold American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or RCIS certification, with Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care, and Advanced Life Support must be achieved within 6 months of hire.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
