Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at Intermountain Healthcare. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to pediatric patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services to pediatric patients, including screening, testing, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders.
  • Consult with patients, families, and caregivers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
  • Supervise and educate students, new employees, and colleagues in training.
  • Participate in patient care conferences and staff meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state Speech Pathologist license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Basic computer skills, including word processing and email.
  • Current certificate of clinical competence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in pediatric speech pathology.
  • Hospital experience.
  • Experience working with the target population to be treated.
Work Environment

This position is located at our Bountiful Clinic and requires a 40-hour workweek. We offer a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package.
