The selected individual will spearhead the management of vulnerabilities and patches, ensuring prompt identification and resolution of security concerns across various systems and infrastructure.
In collaboration with diverse teams within the Americas platform and the Head Office, the Specialist will formulate and execute robust strategies and processes for effective patch management.
- Oversee the vulnerability patch management lifecycle, encompassing identification, prioritization, and remediation efforts.
- Deliver regular updates and reports on Vulnerability and Patch Management initiatives.
- Engage with IT teams across the Americas and Head Office to evaluate vulnerabilities and prioritize patch implementations.
Beyond managing daily operations, the candidate will refine the Americas CIB Vulnerability and Patch Management program, supervise the generation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintain the risk register.
The compensation for this role ranges from $170,000 to $185,000. Natixis is dedicated to offering a competitive remuneration package based on various considerations.
In addition to the base salary, Natixis provides a comprehensive benefits package along with potential discretionary incentive awards based on performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS in Computer Science or a related discipline, a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience, proficiency in vulnerability and patch management, and a solid understanding of security standards and tools such as SPLUNK and QUALYS.
