- Providing expert-level nursing care to postpartum patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.">
- Collaborating with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for mothers and newborns.">
- Participating in interdepartmental initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, safety, and quality metrics.">
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to foster a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.">
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you must have:

- A current RN license in California or eligibility for licensure by endorsement.">
- At least 2 years of experience as a Post Partum Nurse, preferably in a hospital setting.">
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of postpartum nursing care, including evidence-based practices and standards of care.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
- Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP), if not already held.">
