About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Manager to join our team at Regus Management Group LLC. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our workspace, ensuring that our members have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the workspace, including customer service, sales, and facilities management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Ensure that all facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
  • Manage the budget and financials for the workspace.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or operations management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
