Working Hours/Days

7:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, with potential for Saturdays and overtime as required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer-owned construction and aerial work platform machinery. Build and sustain a service-oriented rapport with clients. Manage the pick-up and delivery of equipment as necessary. Address inquiries and concerns from customers promptly. Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients. Complete service documentation and all related paperwork before and after repairs. Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Completion of a formal technical training program is preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required. Strong understanding of gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems. Automotive and Industrial Maintenance Technicians are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook is essential; knowledge of DBS is a plus. Ability to compose professional business communications, including emails and documentation. Must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service abilities are essential. Physical capability to lift 75 lbs, bend, twist, and climb. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, including no more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years and no major violations in the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle Report will be conducted on the final candidate).

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

This role primarily operates within the equipment shop. The position involves frequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs. Occasionally, you may need to move or operate equipment to assess maintenance needs. The noise level in the shop is typically moderate to high. A portion of the time will also be spent in an office setting, which may involve prolonged sitting at a desk, answering phones, and using a keyboard for communication. Flexibility to work Saturdays and overtime as required is necessary. The physical demands outlined are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
