WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE ENTAIL?

As a key member of our retail team, you will oversee the daily operations on the sales floor. Your primary focus will be to achieve sales objectives while ensuring an exceptional level of customer service. You will collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandiser to present our products in an appealing and commercially viable manner, adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Ensure the team is knowledgeable about products and aware of performance metrics.
  • Understand and cater to customer needs to drive sales.
  • Delegate tasks effectively among team members.
  • Implement and surpass sales targets within the store.
  • Maintain an attractive and commercially viable store image.
  • Apply visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in updating merchandising and rotation schedules.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic team player who excels in communication and is passionate about representing our brand through exceptional customer service. Previous experience in fashion retail is advantageous.
