Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Oversee compliance initiatives and programs.
  • Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Corporate Governance:

  • Provide legal support for governance matters, including board meetings and corporate policies.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices in corporate governance.

Contract Management:

  • Background in telecommunications, particularly with spectrum knowledge.
  • Experience collaborating with executive leadership and board members.
  • Proven leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to tackle new challenges.
  • Ability to think strategically and plan effectively.
