Our recently remodeled inpatient unit is staffed by a collegial multidisciplinary team who are highly committed to providing patient-centered care.
The OpportunityAs a department, we recognize the importance of extended time spent with patients needed to build trusting relationships and increase patient outcomes. We practice weekly case staffing collaborations with community partners, which allow us to utilize resources in our community to provide the highest level of care.
Our team is dedicated to providing a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced professionals, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive base salary with scalable income opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Our compensation package includes a starting salary of $156,502, with additional call pay and a $40,000 sign-on bonus.
We also offer a flexible schedule, with 40 hours worked per week, 5 days a week. On-call compensation is provided, as well as 7 weeks of annual time off and 2 weeks of continuing medical education (CME) time.

QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must possess a master's degree in nursing and be approved to practice as an Adult NP (ANP), Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health NP (APMHNP), or Family Psychiatric & Mental Health NP (FPMHNP), by the State Board of Nursing.
Additional qualifications may include a DNP or PhD, current BLS certification, and previous relevant experience. We are an EEO/AAP employer and welcome qualified applicants from diverse backgrounds.
