**Job Summary**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Evening Cleaning Specialist to join our team at cleaning4cash. As an Industrial Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.
- Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
- Clean large lunchroom and office areas.
- Respond promptly to customer work orders.
- Work effectively with other team members.
- Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as KiaVac bathroom cleaner.
- Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
**Requirements:**
- Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to work in damp, dusty, and soiled areas and clean up human waste and other body fluids as necessary.
- Able to lift 35 lbs. and carry a 12 lbs. backpack vacuum cleaner.
- Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
- Steel toe shoes required.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be reliable and able to show up to work each night.
- Pass DETAILED BACKGROUND check prior to starting.
- DRUG FREE work environment. Must be willing to submit to Drug and Alcohol testing.
**Working Conditions:**
Monday - Friday, 4 hours per night, start time is 5:30 to 6:00 PM.
**Compensation:** $16.00 per hour with attendance bonus.
