As a Traveling ER/Trauma Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of emergency department settings, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in emergency department settings, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff, to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in emergency nursing.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in emergency nursing, with a focus on trauma care.
- ACLS, BLS/CPR, CPI, and ENPC certifications.
- NIH Stroke Certification and RN Pharmacology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
