Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Professional to work on a 13-week contract in Olympia Field, Illinois.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves working as an X-ray technologist in a hospital, outpatient center, or other healthcare facility, taking medical images of patients for diagnostic purposes. You will prepare patients for X-rays, operate X-ray technology, process films for radiologists and physicians, and handle patient records.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure their safety throughout the process
- Operate X-ray technology and other radiologic equipment such as CTs and MRIs
- Process and maintain accurate records of patient images and diagnoses
- At least 1 year of recent experience as an X-ray technologist with ARR certification and BLS certification (AHA)
- Current state license (if applicable)
