About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activities Leader to join our team at Berea Alzheimer's Center. As a key member of our activities department, you will be responsible for providing individualized activity care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and conduct a variety of activities to promote socialization and community involvement among residents
  • Work directly with residents to understand their interests and preferences and tailor activities accordingly
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and services
  • Provide basic computer literacy and skills to support activities and services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Prior experience with related software applications
  • Active state driver's license
