As a Property Inspector with GreenWorks, your role will encompass conducting evaluations across various sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Phase, Investor, Engineering Support, Mold, and Environmental assessments. You will foster robust relationships with clients through effective communication, whether via phone, email, or in-person during inspections. Furthermore, you will be responsible for drafting clear and concise reports on-site, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preferred experience of at least 2 years in construction or a related field
  • Possession of a Texas Real Estate Commission license as a Property Inspector or actively pursuing the license
  • Conduct inspections in both residential and commercial settings
  • Strong customer service skills are essential
  • Willingness to work five or six days a week with adaptable scheduling
  • Physical requirements include navigating roofs, accessing crawlspaces, and lifting heavy items
