Barnes-Jewish Hospital Allied is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ultrasound examinations using various modalities, including abdominal, renal, and small parts.
  • Operate portable ultrasound equipment in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient areas.
  • Prepare patients for examinations, including explaining procedures and positioning patients.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, examination results, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
  • Outpatient and inpatient experience preferred.
  • Teaching hospital or community hospital experience a plus.
  • Portables experience required.
  • PACS and biopsy experience preferred.
Work Environment:

As an Ultrasound Technologist at Barnes-Jewish Hospital Allied, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and technology, and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and cases.
