Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and document patient records accurately
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members
  • Administer medications as ordered and document accordingly
  • Provide medical care in the patient's home, requiring driving to multiple locations daily
  • Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
Requirements:
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least six months of recent Home Health experience
  • Current RN License
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license and valid auto insurance
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
