This role is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers in the Hamilton, NJ area to schedule appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Call Center team at Luxury Bath NJPA. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping us grow our business by setting appointments for our sales team.
About the Role
- Makes outbound calls to prospective customers to schedule appointments for our sales representatives
- Takes inbound calls from customers addressing inquiries about our services and scheduling appointments
