Unit Manager/Director - RN Opportunity

West Reading Nursing and Rehab is seeking a skilled Unit Manager/Director - RN to lead our nursing team and deliver high-quality patient care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the overall operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that patient care delivery is consistent with our mission, vision, and values.
  • Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Manage the human resources of the nursing unit, including recruiting, orienting, and evaluating staff.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
