As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our team, you will be responsible for following a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs. This includes performing assigned duties such as medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
You will also be required to follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Additionally, you will provide case management and coordination of care, accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
We highly value home health experience and Oasis knowledge, as well as knowledge and skillset in current nursing practice.
