Kiefer Mazda is a leading automotive dealership in the Eugene/Springfield area, renowned for exceptional customer service and a diverse range of top-quality vehicles. Our newly renovated dealership boasts state-of-the-art facilities and a dedicated team committed to excellence.

We are seeking a highly motivated Lot Attendant to contribute to the overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of our dealership lot. This role is pivotal in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles to and from the lot.

• Maintain the lot's cleanliness and appearance, including vehicle display areas, walkways, and customer waiting areas.
• Arrange vehicles to maximize visibility and accessibility for customers.
• Ensure vehicles are properly parked, tagged, and ready for display.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or issues to management.
• Assist with moving and organizing vehicles to accommodate customer needs and sales events.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless vehicle flow.
• Keep the lot stocked with necessary supplies, such as fuel, cleaning materials, and key tags.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
