Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transit Bus Driver to join our team at Resource Management Systems. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating buses in a safe and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service to our passengers, and adhering to strict timetables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate buses on scheduled times, pick up passengers on dispatched requests, and conduct out-of-town routes and medical trips.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of yourself, your passengers, and other people on the road.
  • Adhere to FTA Drug and Alcohol Testing Regulations and maintain a drug-free workplace.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with previous bus driving experience encouraged but not necessary.
  • Valid driver's license or CDL with passenger endorsement is required upon hire.
  • Certifications such as CTAA PASS Driver Certification, Hands-on Wheelchair Training, Defensive Driving Training, and CPR/First Aid Certification are also required.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
