As a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Care (Step down) unit at St. Mary's Hospital, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with complex needs. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to assess patient status, prioritize problems, and develop effective care plans.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for a $25,000 sign-on bonus with a minimum of 1 year of RN experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need a current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree is preferred, but not required. You should also have at least 1 year of RN experience, with 6 months of experience in an acute care hospital setting being highly desirable.
