Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work a minimum of 12 hours per week of direct patient care, with the option to work more hours as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide community-based outpatient services to homes in the Eatontown, NJ area
  • Work with a well-balanced mix of patients in homes of older adults

Requirements:
  • Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing)
