Job Summary

The National Center for Wellness and Recovery at Oklahoma State University is seeking a skilled Psychologist to provide counseling services to patients and families struggling with addictive or compulsive behaviors.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing program, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based interventions, including individual and group therapy, as well as in-person and virtual services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling services to patients and families struggling with addictive or compulsive behaviors
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions, including individual and group therapy
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Utilize electronic medical records and virtual visits to deliver services
  • Collaborate with faculty, students, patients, and providers to achieve treatment goals
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited graduate program
  • Completion of a post-doctoral year
  • Active or eligible license in the State of Oklahoma as a health services psychologist
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced multi-tasking skills, and the ability to effectively plan
  • Good communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Addiction treatment experience
  • Eagerness to change and adapt to a dynamic and growing program
