Memorial Healthcare System is actively seeking an experienced Ob/Gyn with over three years of practice to enhance our expanding team within a quaternary care facility known for its robust referral network. The preferred candidate will have substantial experience in managing complex and high-risk cases, particularly those involving placental accreta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee labor and delivery, postpartum care, and inpatient consultations.
- Perform both emergent and elective gynecological surgeries.
- Provide outpatient care as part of a hybrid, hospital-based practice.
- Engage in teaching and quality improvement initiatives, with opportunities to contribute to Memorial's ACGME-accredited Ob/Gyn Residency Program.
This position entails an average of 178 clinical hours monthly, requiring a blend of 8-hour clinic days and 16- or 24-hour inpatient shifts. Candidates with a passion for education and quality enhancement are particularly encouraged to consider this opportunity.
Qualifications:
The ideal physician will have completed training from an ACGME-accredited institution and be either an ABOG active candidate or an ABOG Board Certified Diplomate, with a preference for Board Certified candidates.
Compensation and Benefits:
This employed role within the Memorial Physician Group offers a competitive salary and benefits package, reflective of training and experience. Professional malpractice and medical liability coverage are provided under sovereign immunity.
