Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer experience
  • Train and supervise spa staff to deliver high-quality experiences
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
  • Evaluate, measure, and modify critical processes as needed with the Spa Director
  • Maintain a clean and organized spa environment
  • Perform all job duties of the spa administration, concierge, reservations, and attendant position

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of Spa Management experience
  • Proven leadership qualities, ability to work cohesively in all Spa areas
  • Solid knowledge of appointment management
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
  • Accounting and budgeting knowledge and follow budgetary guidelines
  • Has strong organization skills and is effective at working multiple priorities
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, working under pressure, and handling unexpected situations with grace
  • Work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the spa including nights, weekends, and holidays
