- Team Development and Performance Management: Establish and execute individual development plans for maintenance technicians, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver regular technical and safety training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with other managers and production control teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of machine and project statuses.
- Experience: A minimum of five years of industrial maintenance experience, with a proven track record of success in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of complex hydraulic systems, industrial electrical systems, and PLC programming.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, conduct performance reviews, and develop individual development plans.
The Maintenance Manager will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who is comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and is committed to driving excellence in all aspects of the job.
CompensationThe salary for this position is $62.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
