5. Dust and wipe down furniture and fixtures.
6. Polish metal surfaces, including fixtures and fittings.
7. Wash and maintain walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
8. Dispose of waste by emptying wastebaskets and cleaning ashtrays, transporting trash to designated disposal areas.
9. Replace light bulbs as necessary.
10. Perform additional tasks as required.

Required Skills:

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
