Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and direct project design, permitting, and construction from owner contract negotiation through project closeout.
  • Financial Management: Ensure the financial performance of assigned projects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure the quality and safety performance of assigned projects, including compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor junior project team staff, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years' experience managing commercial, industrial, education, multi-family, or healthcare construction projects.
  • Education: A 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or comparable relevant experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, management, computer skills, and attention to detail.
  • Certifications: LEED AP or LEED Green Associate is preferred.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license.
