As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will be responsible for performing laboratory testing in various areas, including Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Banking, Clinical Microscopy, and Immunology.

Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory testing according to the assigned area, which may include phlebotomy.
  • Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely test results.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities.
Requirements
  • ASCP or AMT certification.
  • ND State license - 4 weeks to obtain, must have by start.
  • BS in Medical Laboratory Science.
  • Official diploma or transcript from the school/university from where Degree was received.
  • Clinical Internship.
Additional Requirements
  • Physical Exam required within 1 year of start.
  • Fit Test required within 1 year of start.
  • Negative TB or Chest X-Ray as per requirements.
  • Hepatitis B evidence (Titer, Series, or Declination).
  • Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days of start.
  • Seasonal Influenza Vaccine or Declination.
  • COVID Vaccination or Medical/Religious Exemption (optional).
