Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including managing staff, maintaining store appearance, and driving sales growth. This is a multi-faceted role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates and other store staff
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
