Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Handler to join our team at Southeast Unloading.

The estimated salary for this position is $20 per hour, with opportunities for experienced operators to increase their earnings.

This role involves unloading trucks, sorting and stacking products in a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring strong physical stamina and proficiency in operating a ride-on electric pallet jack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack to assist in the unloading process
  • Remove product from trucks safely and efficiently, following all safety standards and procedures
  • Coordinate with receivers and tow motor operators to ensure proper flow of inbound product
Requirements
  • Ability to withstand loud noise and distractions, as well as endure extreme temperatures
  • Must have 20/20 Vision with correction, ability to follow verbal and written instructions and basic English reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Reliable transportation and proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
