We are in search of a qualified civil engineer or land surveyor to take on the role of Senior Project Manager and Branch Office Manager.

You will receive support from our experienced firm principals and multidisciplinary team leads, ensuring a collaborative environment for success.This role is perfect for a licensed professional engineer or land surveyor eager to advance their career and oversee an office.
The position also offers potential pathways to ownership within the firm.Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or land surveying or a related field (mandatory).
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oregon or Washington or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license (mandatory).
- At least 6 years of experience in civil engineering project management, particularly in private land development.
- Proven ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
- Familiarity with local regulations and agency standards.
- Established reputation for exceptional client service.
Strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively are essential.
A solid understanding of project management principles is required.Experience in team leadership and operations is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in proposal writing, are necessary.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive individuals will thrive in this role.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines is crucial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
Experience with Civil 3D and/or MicroStation/InRoads design software is advantageous.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take charge of site development projects in the region.

Specific Duties Include:
- Managing ongoing client relationships and projects.
- Overseeing projects from inception to completion.
- Providing professional engineering and/or surveying services as required.

- Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.
- Recruiting and interviewing staff.
- Networking with clients, agency representatives, contractors, and colleagues to foster professional relationships in the region.
- Promoting a company culture centered on client service and quality work.
- Managing office budgeting, reporting, and workload planning.
- Developing and overseeing all project components from proposal to construction, including scope, budget, and schedule.
- Offering technical leadership to project teams.
- Coordinating with in-house disciplines and external subconsultants.
- Mentoring and managing staff.
