Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site management of multiple practices, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and a positive team environment.
  • Select, orient, direct, and evaluate clerical and clinical staff to ensure they meet the needs of our patients and families.
  • Monitor patient flow, conduct patient rounds, and track patient satisfaction results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and maintain staff and provider schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and monitor department budgets, identifying opportunities for improved financial performance.
  • Process and track accounts payable and reimbursement requests, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Monitor all front desk functions, including registration, appointment scheduling, and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, ensuring a safe and attractive environment for our patients and families.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree required or currently enrolled and actively pursuing an associate degree.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience required.
  • Travel to other primary care locations as needed for coverage is required.
