Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule service appointments and gather customer and vehicle information prior to arrival.
  • Welcome customers promptly and courteously.
  • Provide accurate written estimates for labor and parts, establishing a clear timeline for service.
  • Monitor repair progress throughout the day, communicating any changes in estimates or timelines to customers, and obtaining necessary approvals for additional work.
  • Conduct test drives or coordinate with technicians as needed.
  • Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Index rating that meets or exceeds industry standards.
  • Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and the importance of adhering to manufacturer specifications.
  • Adhere to dealership standards for productivity and efficiency.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal and safety protocols.
  • Follow all company safety policies and report any incidents to management immediately.

Compensation:
Salary ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, reflecting the experience and contributions of the Service Lane Consultant.
