ROLE TITLE: Enterprise Compliance Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Compliance Associate to join our team at Hy Cite. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in maintaining our Global Corporate Compliance Program, ensuring that our company adheres to laws, regulations, and internal corporate governance architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis and visualization to improve Enterprise Compliance Program reporting and develop presentations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify and examine trends and patterns within complex datasets to highlight potential Compliance risks and opportunities.
  • Administer and maintain online Compliance and Risk Management software tools to ensure proper functioning of the Enterprise Compliance Program.
  • Understand and adhere to legal/compliance standards and report compliance violations when identified.

Requirements:

EDUCATION: Bachelor degree from an accredited 4-year university

EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of prior related experience

  • Experience with Excel for generating reports and statistics.
