Key Responsibilities:
  1. Medical Leadership: Provide overall leadership and management for medical operations, including policy and procedure development, issue resolution, direct patient care, and business integration.
  2. Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures for occupational medicine surveillance, qualification exams, and patient care.
  3. Direct Patient Care: Provide direct patient care and treatment, including performing medical examinations.
  4. Business Integration: Work closely with local business partners to ensure the medical needs of employees and site are met.
  5. Emergency Response: Oversee site emergency response program.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree required.
  • Board certification in a medical specialty required, preferably in occupational medicine.
  • Valid medical license in the State(s) of practice.
  • Five or more years plant medical and supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
