About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality imaging procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct imaging procedures using state-of-the-art equipment, including Philips and Siemens X-Ray systems, IVUS, OCT, and Intra Cardiac Echo (ICE).
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and maintain aseptic conditions during procedures, adhering to Safety/Infection Control guidelines and standards.
  • Monitor and record electrocardiogram and hemodynamics as indicated by procedure protocol, collecting and analyzing patient specimens/tests for hemodynamic calculations and measurements.
  • Assist physicians during procedures, including catheter/wire management, administration of contrast, and expediting the case to improve quality of care.
Requirements
  • Graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology or related field, or an Associates Degree from an accredited School of Cardiovascular Technology, or an Associates Degree from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology certified by the ARRT, and possess a valid license to practice as a radiologic technologist in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Completion of BLS and ACLS certification within 3 months of employment preferred; within 6 months required.
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred.
