About the Job

The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment as part of a fast-paced team, reporting directly to the store manager and assisting with all store operations. This role involves being a key holder responsible for opening and closing the store, building made-to-order salads and other menu items, and providing excellent customer service through both walk-up and drive-thru orders.

To excel in this position, you must be able to maintain an energetic and ready-to-work attitude, possess 6+ months of previous shift lead or shift manager experience, and obtain necessary certifications, including a Food Handlers Certificate and non-slip shoes. Additionally, you should be able to pass the Salad Test during training and commit to working a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekends.
