Vault Teller/Backup CSR Job Description

Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is seeking a full-time Vault Teller/Backup CSR to join our team at the Meadow St. Office in Littleton, NH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Process customer transactions efficiently while providing superior customer service.
  • Cross-Selling: Cross-sell financial institution products and services.
  • Backup CSR Duties: Opens all types of new accounts, manages changes to all types of existing accounts, and counsels customers on terms and changes of ownership.
  • Account Services: Provide account services to customers, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and selling cashiers checks.
  • Cash Handling: Order cash for the branch and work with the manager to keep branch cash levels at or below the branch limit.
  • Security: Follows bank's security procedures to ensure security of cash.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills.
  • Cash Handling Experience: Have cash handling experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail.
