Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our St. Louis Studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading client management, attending meetings, and presenting design solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish project design approach and lead client management
  • Attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings
  • Present design solutions to clients and coordinate with other disciplines
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule
  • Participate in all design and construction phases of projects
  • Oversee development of fully coordinated quality design documents
  • Mentor other designers and engineers
Critical Skills and Abilities
  • Design: Generates creative solutions, translates concepts into images, and collaborates with others
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret information
  • Leadership: Assumes authority, sets an example for coworkers, and delegates responsibility
  • Code and Mathematical Knowledge: Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local building codes and safety laws
  • Ownership Mentality: Possesses a sense of ownership in all deliverables and strives for excellence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Professional degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering
  • 15+ years of applicable experience
  • Experience within healing, learning, and/or discovery market sectors preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure preferred
