Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate patient care using the nursing process
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current California RN license
  • 1 year of experience in Emergency Department or Critical Care nursing preferred
  • ACLS and PALS certification (new graduates within 3 months of hire/transfer)
  • TNCC certification (new graduates within 12 months of hire/transfer)
  • NIHSS education module completion within 6 months of hire or transfer
