Residential Porter

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Residential Porter to join our team at Pan American Properties. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential units and common areas.

1. General Cleaning Tasks:
   • Ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
   • Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
2. Specialized Cleaning Tasks:
   • Perform deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and drapery using specialized equipment and methods.
   • Clean interior and exterior windows, including frames and sills.
3. Maintenance and Safety:
   • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and report any incidents or concerns.
   • Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $20. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with occasional weekend shifts.
