Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Histotechnician to join our team at an award-winning 650+ bed acute care facility in southeast Pennsylvania. As a Histotechnician, you will be responsible for preparing microscopic slides for diagnostic purposes, performing diagnostic tests, and maintaining laboratory equipment and records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing microscopic slides for diagnostic purposes
  • Performing diagnostic tests
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment and records
  • Providing instruction and being a resource to others

Requirements:

  • HT/HTL ASCP certification
  • Experience in Immunohistochemistry and Special Stain techniques and histology automation
  • Excellent knowledge of the AP LIS system
  • 1+ years of experience preferred but not required

About the Facility:

Our client is a Level I Trauma Center and a 650+ bed acute care facility located in southeast Pennsylvania, about 1 hour northwest of Philadelphia. We offer FULL benefits and possible relocation assistance.
