Job OverviewThe Nothing Bundt Cakes - Bellevue bakery is seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious cakes for our guests. About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for following proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision, achieving productivity goals, and ensuring that all baked goods meet our high standards.Responsibilities* Follows strict recipe guidelines and production procedures to create consistent high-quality cakes* Utilizes commercial-grade mixers and ovens to prepare and bake cakes* Assists in maintaining inventory levels and notifies management when supplies are low* Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environmentRequirements* 18 years of age or older* No formal education required, but previous experience as a Baker or in a foodservice environment is an asset* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Must be able to stand for long periods, move frequently, and lift up to 50 poundsWork ScheduleWe require flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business demands. The estimated salary for this position is $40,000-$55,000 per year.
