We are looking for a talented individual to provide sales and technical support to our Field Sales and Service organization, end users, and contractors in a consistent manner for aftermarket product offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for quoting, processing incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry, managing order entry, order status, follow-up with suppliers, creating new customer profiles, and providing support for the Global Airside Field Sales & Service organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance via Sales Force and email inquiries from field offices, contractors, and end users.
- Work with Suppliers, JCI factories, and Engineering teams to provide part numbers, pricing, and delivery for Airside Aftermarket parts.
- Utilize system databases to provide parts pricing and freight estimates.
- Coordinate archive data requests with internal retention centers to support Airside agents and JCI Sales and Rep/Agents.
- Resolve RMA issues that arise with customer orders.
- Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities through day-to-day support activities.
- Provide assistance or information for favorable aftermarket sales and promote/enhance aftermarket product offerings for purchase.
- Work with suppliers and manufacturing plants to increase sales through price discounts, premium shipping, and quantity breaks.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required, and a minimum of 1 year of work experience in aftermarket part sales, administrative, and customer support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) as well as Internet software, Sales Force, and E-mail is required.
- Adheres to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics Standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and sales skills is desirable.
