Compensation:$17.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Address urgent maintenance issues that arise outside of standard working hours
- Utilize a variety of tools including wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance apparatus
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and engineers on diverse maintenance projects
- Resolve maintenance concerns promptly to ensure guest contentment
- Establish effective communication channels with team members, including management and department leaders
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent GED is mandatory
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly facilities management software
- Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
