Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized education plans to meet the unique needs of students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in a variety of settings, including classrooms and small group sessions.
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Strong knowledge of deaf education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
