Early Elementary Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Elementary Mentor to join our team as a Tutoring Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with early elementary students who need extra support with reading, using evidence-based practices and materials to deliver effective instruction.

You will be responsible for creating customized lesson plans, conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. You will also establish and maintain relationships with school staff and families, and provide regular updates on program implementation.

The estimated salary for this role is around $354-$708 per week, or $18,528-$36,955 per year, based on the provided hourly rate and weekly work hours.
